When you buy from our online shop you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please read them and if you have any queries on any aspect of your agreement with us, or have any suggestions or comments to make, please contact us. Our details are at the foot of this page.

Making a Purchase
Just browse our store and add your chosen items for purchase to the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, click on “Check Out”. You will then be asked for a few details in order to process your order.

Please read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for reassurance on the information provided.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place once the products ordered have been processed (a confirmation email that goods have been processed will be sent to the email address you registered with us at the time of placing the order) unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order (e.g. a website pricing error or a product is no longer available etc.) or you have cancelled it .

All goods remain the property of The Name Shop until paid for in full.

All orders must be checked on receipt and any errors must be notified to The Name Shop within 72 hrs. Any errors that are the responsibility of the Name Shop will be rectified as soon as possible at no cost to the client.

If the Name Shop is not notified of any errors within 72 hrs after delivery the client will be responsible for any extra costs incurred by the Name Shop to meet a specific deadline.

If the customer has made any errors on the order the customer will be responsible for any extra costs incurred by the Name Shop to rectify the order.

All text, images, graphics and other associated files are copyrighted and may not be copied without prior written agreement from The Name Shop.

Payment & Security

All prices shown are inclusive of taxes. Payment is due at the point of ordering. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website we reserve the right to not fulfil the order at that price. The customer will be notified by email informing them of the correct price, and given the choice on how to proceed with the order.

All website financial transactions are handled through our payment services providers, PayPal and Stripe. We will share information with them only where necessary for the purposes of payment processing and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments.

Returns Policy
We cannot accept returns on Personalised Gifts by the nature of the product as we cannot resell unless we find someone with the same details so please be sure not to  make any mistakes .

We will cut and paste the information you supply us in order to fulfil your order.  We often contact customers if something doesn't look "right" but the responsibility does lie with yourself and not us.

Should any purchase arrive damaged from transit , or does not arrive at all, then please contact us by email and we will follow up your enquiry.  You should also contact us if the item is faulty in any way or any mistakes have been made by ourselves. We would normally expect faulty or damaged goods to be returned before issuing a replacement although we offer the option of charging for the replacement faulty goods and refunding this additional charge on the receipt of the original.

Any items purchased in the shop should be checked before leaving any errors will be rectified at our cost if in the shop but if it is found later we reserve the right to pass on postage and packing charges . If any item is incorrect and is notified to us more than 72 hours after purchase we again reserve the right to make either a full or partial charge to produce again . 

Of course any complaint or any refund will be based on the circumstances of the case but as  a personalised gift there is no obligation to give either a partial or full refund .

We cannot refund the postage cost incurred in returning goods (unless faulty) and we would strongly suggest you consider recorded delivery or at the very least obtain a (FREE) proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that we don't receive.
